Nursing care can cover a wide range of needs, from ongoing support for long-term conditions to more intensive, high-dependency care following illness, surgery or injury. The right level of support is agreed following an individual assessment, not applied as a one-size-fits-all package.

Residential care provides accommodation and support with daily living, supervised 24 hours a day. Nursing care also provides round-the-clock support, but with a registered nurse on site at all times to deliver and oversee medical care directly.

Our nursing team works closely with GPs, specialists and other healthcare professionals to ensure each resident’s care remains joined up. This means changes in health are communicated quickly and care plans are adjusted without delay.

Yes. Care plans are monitored on an ongoing basis and formally reviewed with families at regular intervals, so support continues to reflect each resident’s needs as they evolve, rather than staying fixed from the point of admission.
